My short story, "Dollface," was chosen for publication amidst the thousands of submissions Jeopardy Magazine receives from students, alumni, and professors. "Dollface" is one of only four fiction pieces chosen for the magazine and I had the honor of reading it aloud at the release party.

Second Hand Stories is a podcast series that reads and then analyzes short stories. My short story, "Dollface" features on their 27th episode. The podcast description reads: "Danika Miller dazzles us with her delectable dance story 'Dollface'! (There are amazing amounts of alliteration in this story.) Colleen and Jim discuss the body image themes present in 'Dollface' and compare them to a previous episode.

Jeopardy Magazine is Western Washington University's literary magazine. My fiction short story "Isolation" was chosen for publication for the 52nd issue. Jeopardy receives thousands of submissions from students, faculty, and alumni. Only five fiction pieces were chosen for this year's printing.
